The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract in the case of service contracts, in the case of sales contracts, the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal please notify us about your intent in writing (ex. E-mail) or by sending the product back before the withdrawal period expires. The consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason. The withdrawal must be sent to:

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The consumer shall in any event not be liable for diminished value of the goods where the trader has failed to provide notice of the right of withdrawal.
The package will be picked up from you by a courier service at the cost of the trader.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal and returns the goods in compliance with the contract, the purchase price is reimbursed by the trader at the latest within 30 days after the withdrawal.

Please if possible send the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to us. If you do not have the original packaging, please use a protective outer packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit, to avoid claims for damages because of damage due to faulty packaging.*
